Veril is Virile
It’s always scary to hear of a beloved family member hospitalized. My Dad’s brother Veril was taken to the hospital yesterday morning after suffering chest pains. This is definitely a situation where one feels led to pray for the one suffering and the family, in this case my family, too. Veril and my two cousins (his daughters) were on my mind yesterday; praying for them. We are happy to report today that Veril is recovering and was sitting up and talking by 10:30 yesterday morning. My Dad emailed saying, “so Veril will be in 2-3 days and then go home – in time for Pennsylvania bear season.” That’s a man’s man right there, boys and girls: one day in the hospital, the next, bear hunting. Veril is virile.
