On Wednesday 8/4/2010 we headed to Wrightsville beach for the day.  You can see by the photos that it was super windy and the waves were really big, but we had a great time.  Poppy was a little nervous of the big waves at first but after a while we couldn’t hold her back.  It was almost like she wanted to run but her body couldn’t keep up and she’d topple over after a few steps.  We hung out on the beach for a couple of hours and then walked along the pier and headed home.  It was a nice day out.
