My Poppy is a Sick Little Puppy
It all started the night before last when Poppy had a disturbed night. We thought it was just teething but over the last two days she has developed a really runny and sniffley nose, its definitely a cold. So here she is on Wednesday relaxing in the swing she no longer uses. I put her in it to see if this would help her take a nap (it didn’t), so she wasn’t in it for long. She is also seriously teething too, you have never seen so much saliva come out of one person’s mouth before, its gross at times. I change her bib about 4 times a day! And they are drenched when I change them. Today she was just as bad, really clingy, wants to be held all the time, fussy and seems uncomfortable, gagging from the snot and rubbing her eyes. Shes restless when she naps too, cries like every 10 mins but then goes quiet again. Having a sick child is hard work!!! I’m hoping she’ll do better tonight, I was up half the night with her, just trying to soothe her when she cries out. Poor thing, its so sad.
Later I took a few snaps of her hair. I did it in pigtails, shes my little Shrek, so cute! As you can see her hair is getting so light, I’m wondering how light it will get in the summer.
