Today was a special day because our good friends Dan, Tara, Grace and Olivia came to visit Wake Forest and invited us to eat lunch with them at the Tea Room. Olivia is turning 9 years old on the 27th and had requested that they celebrate her Birthday with lunch at the Tea Room so it was extra special.
Dan and Tara both went to Southeastern a while ago now and actually met and got married here so they were giving the girls a bit of a tour, ya know the usual places….this is where Mom and Dad had their first kiss, this is where Mom and Dad had their first major falling out. Just Kidding. But Grace was a baby when they moved away so they showed her the apartment they lived in when she was first born, how sweet.
But funnily enough we really know them from Marshall University. Dan was the leader of a Christian group called Revolution and its there that Drew and Dan met. So its funny how things intertwine.

Its so nice to see her smiling happily with the big girls. She seems able to cope with most situations. She’s such a little poppet.I’m glad youu still visit the tea room. One day you’ll be taking Poppy back to see where she lived as a baby and the tea room where she spent time with you all.
