We were invited to our first Trunk or Treat by a friend here at GIAL, it was taking place at her church.  We weren’t quite sure how it all worked but were pleasantly surprised.  There were bouncy castles, games, a hay ride, a train, a petting zoo, puppets and best of all horse riding!  My highlight of the night was seeing Poppy sitting on a horse and enjoying a little ride.  We thought she may freak out as soon as we sat her on it and would refuse to stay on but to all of our surprise she did.  I’m so glad we tried.  We also had the chance to make smores…yum!
